SPIRIT BEND WATER ASSOCIATION PUBLIC MEETING The Spirit Bend Water Association will hold a public meeting on November 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Spirit Lake Senior Center (32564 4th Avenue Spirit Lake, Idaho). The purpose of the public meeting is to present recommendations for improvements from the Spirit Bend Water Association Water System Facility Plan. The meeting will present the water system deficiencies, proposed improvements, discuss the associated environmental impacts, funding options, and potential financial impact to the Association customers, as well as solicit verbal and written comments regarding the plan.
