ELECTION: Vote for John Lamb
I’m very concerned about electing the right person for mayor. After carefully going through the CDA Press’ Voter Guide and doing research on my own, I can’t find a better candidate for mayor than John Lamb. He has a commonsense approach, master’s degree in business administration and extensive leadership experience. John is on the Rathdrum Planning & Zoning commission, and an involved member of the Rathdrum American Legion. Our Radiant Lake community is more connected and more harmonious than it has been in several years since John stepped up to lead our HOA. I know first-hand what his work ethic is like as he works with me and other community volunteers, side-by-side on the pumps, fountains, and water systems of Radiant Lake. All of this makes it simple to see he is the only candidate worth voting for as mayor of Rathdrum.
Mike Hill is endorsed by the KCRCC, an organization noted for endorsing unqualified and questionable candidates as can be seen by the state of the NIC board and Brandon Durst in Bonner. Is Hill going to give up his full-time job in Spokane to be mayor? Anthony Turrentine seems like a nice guy but is way over his head. He has no leadership experience, and in a recent video proposed to increase lot sizes of homes in Rathdrum as a solution to stop growth. In his video, he says “… the average Rathdrum resident cannot and will not be able to afford that home. But can they afford the other homes right now? Probably not.” Is this type of reasoning what we want for our City? I think not.
Vote for John Lamb.
