ORDINANCE NO. 582 Case No. ZON22-0004, Kerr Family Properties Change in Zoning from Agriculture to Rural AN ORDINANCE OF KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF KOOTENAI COUNTY BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO FROM AGRICULTURAL TO RURAL; REPEALING ALL ZONING MAP PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
