May 22

Jo Ann Maeo Litzenberg, 41, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for battery against health care workers, battery against an officer.

May 23

Jennifer Joan Saijo, 47, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for theft by receiving, possession of stolen property.

May 24

Ty Mickel Lamontagne, 21, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for failure to appear.

Breylan Victor Marcuerquiaga, 30, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for a probation violation and Kootenai County hold.
