D BALLOTS: Call to Cd’A voters who received them

In casual conversation after the May 16 elections, it was discussed that people received a “D” ballot, which allowed them to vote on the library board positions, even though Coeur d’Alene was not allowed to vote on these positions. If anyone else in Coeur d’Alene city limits received a “D” ballot and voted for the library board please speak up.
