LIBRARY NETWORK ELECTION: Vote for Meyer and McCrea

As a Coeur d’Alene resident, I can’t vote for library trustees in the Community Library Network, but I can understand the impact of electing freedom-trouncing people on library services throughout North Idaho. They say they want to protect children but what is really happening is an attempt to control the freedom to read for everybody. Untrue scare tactics and a complete absence of understanding of how libraries run are definitely not characteristics of anyone who should be on a library board.

The strength of the collaborating libraries in the Cooperative Information Network (which includes 15 other libraries besides CLN) is a commitment to sharing all kinds of resources for all kinds of people. Please vote for proven trustworthy trustees Judy Meyer and Regina McCrea on behalf of the rest of us.
