LIBRARY NETWORK ELECTION: Vote for Meyer and McCrea

Please vote for Judy Meyer and Regina McCrea for Community Library Network Trustees.

The Community Library Network is a valuable resource for Kootenai and Shoshone counties. The network has grown to seven county branches and three bookmobiles, making reading materials accessible to everyone in the region.

Some in our community would like to take over the Community Library Network to reflect their political, social or religious views. Parents should make book decisions for their children, not political groups. A library should honor the parental role in these decisions. Currently, children who use the Community Library Network are protected. Meyer and McCrea will uphold parental choice and maintain the cards restricting children’s access to certain materials.

Early voting is underway, and Election Day is Tuesday, May 16. Please vote for Judy Meyer and Regina McCrea for the library board!
