Day Shift
• Deputies responded to a domestic dispute. On scene they found that the male had punched several holes in the walls and threw some broken sheet rock at his wife. The male was uncooperative with LE and refused commands. The male was later arrested for battery on a peace officer and domestic.
• A deputy arrested a female for her active warrant at Misd. Probation.
• A deputy responded to a found stolen trailer. The trailer was returned to its owner in Washington.
Deputies responded to a neighbor dispute. A male went to the neighbor’s house to talk about their aggressive dog. A verbal argument happened and the neighbor poked the male in the chest with his finger and made some threats. At the male’s request, the neighbor was charged with battery.
• A deputy handled a minor injury accident at Highland Drive and Riverview Drive.
Evening and Night Shift
• A deputy handled a shoplifting call at Hayden Super 1 Foods. The female was cited for petit theft.
• Deputies responded to a fight at the Athol Super 1 Foods. It was reported an unknown male punched the R/P in the face and then left the area in a white vehicle. Deputies could not locate the vehicle, so a report was completed.
• A deputy arrested a juvenile on her active warrant.

Day Shift
• Deputies handled a theft of a construction trailer at Hwy 53 x. McGuire Road
• A deputy handled a crash at Lancaster and Hwy 95. This was a one vehicle accident involving a power pole.
• A deputy handled a hit and run accident at the Hayden Walmart gas station.
• Deputies responded to a residence where the R/P advised a hitman was out to get him. The R/P advised the hitman was "shooting up the place." No gunshots were heard over the phone and once deputies arrived on scene there was no evidence of anyone shooting anything. Some surrounding residents were contacted, and they advised the no one was shooting any guns. It was apparent the male caller was having some mental health issues. The male R/P could not be found.
Evening Shift
• A traffic deputy responded to Garwood Elementary at the request of the School Resource Officer for a possible DUI. The deputy contacted the driver who showed obvious signs of intoxication. The driver was eventually arrested for DUI and Injury to Child.
• Deputies responded to Triple Play for a possible threatening call. An employee made a gun gesture to another employee with his hands. Once Deputies arrived on scene it was determined there were no means to carry out the threat and no of the parties involved wanted to talk to police. The Deputies cleared. A Short time later Deputies were called back to Triple Play for a disturbance. It was reported that management had just fired the employee who made the gun gesture, who then made some threaten statements. The management requested the male be trespassed from the business.
• Deputies responded to a property damage crash on Burlington Road. The vehicle was located but the driver was gone. It is believed this accident was a result of a DUI driver. The deputies will be following up with the possible driver.
• A deputy made a traffic stop on Seltice Way in Stateline Village. During the contact, the driver was suspected to be DUI. Eventually, the driver was arrested for DUI.
Night Shift
• Deputies responded to a verbal domestic. Deputies arrived on scene and determined that no crimes has occurred.
• A deputy made a traffic stop on Beck Road near Jacklin Road. During the contact the driver was suspected to be DUI. The driver was eventually arrested for DUI.
