MACOMBER: Should nullify his own contract

Having to even fathom the disgusting deceiving Banducci, McKenzie and Waggoner completely unqualified board members and their hired gun Macomber who now thinks he has more judicial expertise than a judge is wrong for this community, every student, faculty member and employee of North Idaho College. They have done absolutely nothing positive for NIC. I’m sure there are a number of their clients as themselves and their greed who want nothing more than to see NIC fail.

What is happening is a land grab wannabe by these thieves and their quiet posse using these four as their puppets. With the community paying the bills for their conspiracy. Pretty obvious when Banducci cannot even be in town when the accreditation report being submitted was due. Macomber as the hired attorney by who else than the leading pirate and puppeteer Banducci and McKenzie. An attorney’s advice is only an opinion based solely on their own discretion. A judge issues a judgment based on facts and written law. A much better idea Mr. Macomber would be to nullify your contract and any written agreements with the three board members identified. It’s very clear none of you meet the criteria of a trustee.
