Day Shift

Several deputies responded to a trespassing/theft in progress of Timber. He R/P advised she confronted the male, who in turn threatened her with a chainsaw. The R/P said she then fled the area with the male following her. Eventually the male was contacted, and it was learned the male had permission to cut the trees on the property he was at. It was also determined there were no actual threats made with the chainsaw, but the male was being charged with assault and reckless driving.

A deputy was driving through the Post Falls area and observed two employees at a business smoking marijuana. They were contacted and the drugs were seized and scheduled for destruction.

Detectives and patrol responded back to the campground at the Fairgrounds as it was learned the female from the previous day still had not left and that she had some active warrants. They attempted to make contact at the trailer but the female refused to come out. Eventually, the female was arrested on her warrants.

Evening Shift

Deputies responded to a welfare check of a juvenile who was threatening suicide. While en-route to the call, deputies learned the juvenile was being transported to the hospital by a private party for treatment.

Night Shift

Deputies responded to a possible domestic in an apartment. When deputies arrived on scene, it was determined the domestic really were just two kids playing around.

Day Shift

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute. On scene, they found that the male had punched several holes in the walls and threw some broken sheet rock at his wife. The male was uncooperative with LE and refused commands. The male was later arrested for battery on a peace officer and domestic.

A deputy arrested a female for her active warrant at Misd. Probation.

A Deputy responded to a found stolen trailer. The trailer was returned to its owner in Washington.

Deputies responded to a neighbor dispute. A male went to the neighbor’s house to talk about their aggressive dog. A verbal argument happened and the neighbor poked the male in the chest with his finger and made some threats. At the male’s request, the neighbor was charged with battery.

A deputy handled a minor injury accident at Highland Dr. and Riverview Dr.

Evening and Night Shift

A deputy handled a shoplifting call at Hayden Super 1 Foods. The female was cited for petit theft.

Deputies responded to a trespassing call. It was reported that two male and a female were camping on private property. Contact was made with the campers who advised they were out of gas. The property owner provided them with $20 for gas and the three people left.

Deputies responded to a fight at the Athol Super 1 Foods. It was reported an unknown male punched the R/P in the face and then left the area in a white vehicle. Deputies could not locate the vehicle, so a report was completed.

A deputy arrested a juvenile on her active warrant.
