Day Shift
A deputy made a traffic stop and for reckless driving. The driver ended up having a warrant and was arrested.
Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle intentionally driving in Hauser Lake through the ice. The vehicle did not make it into the lake, so the driver exited the vehicle and walked out on the ice. Deputies were able to convince the driver to get off the ice. The driver was placed into protective custody and taken to KH for some treatment.
Deputies responded to a residence, after the mother called to report her son was using drugs in the house. The son fled the scene prior to LE arrival and a complaint request was completed.
Evening Shift
Deputies responded to a possible vehicle theft. Once on scene, it was determined that no theft occurred, however, the R/P demanded felony charges be filed. Because no crime occurred, no charges were filed but a report was completed to document the incident.
Deputies responded to Canfield Ave. in Dalton Gardens for a suspicious call. A motorcycle was crashed, and the drive hid the bike in a stranger’s front yard. Come to find out, this motorcycle and operator, were involved in a pursuit with ISP earlier. The driver was located at KH, and ISP took over from there.
Night Shift
A deputy was doing some patrols in the Super 1 parking lot in Hayden and observed a vehicle that had previously been involved in a theft. The deputy observed one of the occupants enter the store. The deputy contacted the other occupant and learned she had been trespassed for life from Super 1 Foods. The male occupant was contacted in the store and was on probation. The male was also under the influence of drugs and admitted recent drug use. The male was arrested, and the female was issued a citation.
