Cooper takes leadership role at Idaho Trust Bank

David C. Cooper, JD, CFP, CTFA, has been named Chief of Trust & Investment Administration for Idaho Trust Bank and will lead the bank's team of Trust Officers and Trust Administrators. Cooper and his team are responsible for providing trust and estate solutions to clients and administering investment management and fiduciary accounts.

Cooper comes to Idaho Trust Bank with more than 20 years of experience in wealth management and trust administration. A graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, he served as a past president and bar commissioner for the Idaho State Bar and currently serves as the Tax, Probate and Trust Section Chairperson. In 2022, Cooper was named as a Fiduciary Counsel Fellow for The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), which is a national organization of lawyers and law professors whose peer-elected fellows represent the best and brightest in the trust and estate practice.

Cooper and his wife, Suzette, have lived in Boise for more than 20 years. Their daughter is currently a junior in high school. He has volunteered as a basketball coach for the YMCA and enjoys running and hiking in the Boise foothills.

DCI Engineers promotes Hammond to associate principal in Spokane

DCI Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Jon Hammond to associate principal in its Spokane office.

Hammond joined DCI in August 2022 and has provided valuable legal counsel since. Hammond brought with him many years of legal experience where he represented contractors, design professionals and owners, touching on every part of the AEC industry.

Hammond assists DCI with risk management, corporate governance and transactional issues. He values giving timely legal opinions to guide the company while looking for opportunities to chart the best path forward.
