NIC: A strategy proposal

| March 8, 2023 1:00 AM

Fellow Kootenai County Folks: “What is/are the goal(s) of the three Trustees who are bound together in unison.” I have yet to hear a clear statement of what they wish to accomplish.

Now to the leverage: https://bondsforthewin.com/filing-claims/

If specific violations can be determined, than we serve/notice him/her first. This is important to remain “in Honor.” If remedy is not provided by the violator, them we as “the people’ can submit a claim against their bond next. The Insurance Company (below) will then HAVE to respond.

Important: Should a violator FAIL to reply in a lawfully required manner, they then are immediately “In Default,” which seals their guilt. This is a Maxim of Law.

Below four paragraphs are from www.nic.edu emailed to me (Kelly) February 2023.

“I am sending you (Kelly) copies of the signed and notarized oaths of office for each of our current trustees to fulfill your public records request 230121B.

“I also have this information to share from the NIC Office of Finance and Business.”

Each trustee raises their right hand and repeats after the Vice President of Finance and Business Affairs the oath of office statement as shown on each attached document. The trustee and Vice President sign the document after speaking the sworn or affirmed oath and then both of their signatures are notarized. (Oaths are on file).

Payne West is our insurance representative but the underwriter for our General Liability Policy is Princeton Excess and Surplus Lines Insurance Company.
