NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET FOR 2023-2024 FOR THE HAYDEN LAKE WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT The Hayden Lake Watershed Improvement District will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 42-3229 to solicit public comment regarding amendment of the fiscal year 22-23 budget and the proposed budget for the FY July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.  The hearing will be held at Hayden Library, 8385 N Government Way, Hayden, ID 83835 at 6:00 PM on June 20, 2023. All interested persons are invited to appear and to make comment regarding the proposed budget. The allotted time for such comments will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker with reasonable adjustments made upon request.  The Improvement District Board may conduct deliberations immediately following the hearing or at a later date to consider testimony, amend if necessary, and approve a final HLWID budget for FY 2023-24.  The Hayden Lake Watershed Improvement District Board of Directors tentatively approved the following proposed budget by vote on May 15, 2023, as indicated in meeting minutes.
