Thorns soccer teams fundraising for trip to nationals

Two Timbers-Thorns North FC soccer teams — the 07 girls and the 04/05 girls — have both qualified for the the DPL Nationals in Cincinnati, Ohio, June 27-July 2.
Both Thorns teams are doing fundraisers to offset costs.
The Thorns 07 team has a GoFundMe for donations, with a goal of raising $15,000.

The Thorns 04/05 girls is putting on a fundraiser golf tournament at Ponderosa Springs Golf Course on June 24, starting at 4 p.m.
Cost is $75 per person, which includes golf and a taco bar (a golf-only option is available), along with a cornhole competition, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle and more.
