LEGION BASEBALL: Lums top Iron Pigs

COEUR d’ALENE — Eric Bumbaugh homered leading off the fourth inning — one of his three runs scored on the night — for the Coeur d’Alene Lumbermen in a 15-3 win over the Inland Northwest Iron Pigs at Thorco Field on Wednesday.

Bryce Hall had four hits and two RBIs for Coeur d’Alene, scoring three runs. Ty Shepard also scored three runs for Coeur d’Alene (3-3).

Michael Hunt had two RBIs for the Inland Northwest Iron Pigs, a men’s league team.

Coeur d’Alene hosts the Spokane Expos 17U in a doubleheader on Saturday at Thorco Field.
