DEQ SEEKS COMMENT ON DRAFT IDAHO POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM PERMIT FOR CITY OF POST FALLS PROPOSED ACTION: The City of Post Falls applied to the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for an Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) wastewater discharge permit for its municipal water reclamation facility located in Post Falls, ID.
