NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at or after the hour of 6:00 p.m. on August 10, 2023 in Room 1, First Floor, Kootenai County Administration Building, located at 451 N. Government Way, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to hear testimony on a proposed change to a Kootenai County Community Development fee. The current fee schedule was adopted via Resolution No. 2023-60, enacted on July 5, 2023. The legal notice for the public hearing to consider adoption of that fee schedule inadvertently omitted a proposed change to the current fee for building re-inspections. The Director of Community Development has recommended that the fee for building re-inspections be increased from $120.00 to $150.00.
