Tubbs Hill cleanup

A volunteer holds up bags of trash collected Wednesday during the annual Scott Reed and Art Manley Tubbs Hill cleanup. Organized by the Tubbs Hill Foundation, volunteers removed garbage following the Fourth of July. Items found included unused rocket flares.
