Montrose changes on PF agenda
A request to amend a planned unit development and an amendment to a proposed subdivision in the Montrose neighborhood in Post Falls will be the focus of a public hearing July 11.
The proposed planned unit development amendment would replace cluster housing areas with single-family lots, change the local access street layout and remove cul-de-sacs. The request would also increase maximum lot coverage from 40% to 50% for future lots.
The proposed subdivision, if approved, would divide roughly 74 acres into 306 lots with a density of 4.15 units per acre.
Montrose is south of Poleline, north of Seltice and Mullan between McGuire and Chase.
Post Falls Planning and Zoning's hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Post Falls City Hall, 408 Spokane St.
To be included, comments must be received by July 5, by mail to 408 Spokane St., Post Falls, ID 83854, email phnotice@postfalls.gov or postfalls.gov/your-government/public-hearings.
