Holmes elected 2nd vice president Association of Idaho Cities

Members of the Association of Idaho Cities elected Rathdrum Mayor Vic Holmes as second vice president for 2023-24 at the business meeting June 23 at the 76th AIC annual conference in Boise.

The Association of Idaho Cities was formed in 1947 and is a nonpartisan, nonprofit corporation organized to serve Idaho’s 199 incorporated cities. AIC provides education, training and technical assistance to city elected officials and staff to serve their communities.

Also elected was Spirit Lake Mayor Jeremy Cowperthwaite to succeed Coeur d’Alene Mayor Jim Hammond as director representing District 1.
