Kevin Noble, 57

| January 22, 2023 1:00 AM

It is with great sadness we announce Kevin’s unexpected passing Dec. 19, 2022, while asleep in his bed.

Kevin was born in Spokane, Wash., on Sept. 17, 1965, at Holy Family Hospital. He was the third child born to Ron and Beverly Noble.

He moved with his parents and brother Bobby, to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, in 1966 and grew up in Dalton Gardens, Idaho, and attended the Seventh Day Adventist schools in Coeur d'Alene, British Columbia and North Idaho College.

Kevin’s interests were gardening and music. He especially enjoyed playing the piano. From a young age he struggled with health issues, leading him to pursue a passion for understanding nutrition and body building.

Kevin’s employment followed in his dad’s footsteps working in retail foods in Albertson stores in Cd'A and Liberty Lake, Wash.

Later in Kevin’s life he rekindled a relationship with Charlene Wall in B.C., Canada, whom he knew from the time he attended school there. They were married in January 2011 and made their home in Keremeos, B.C., where he continued to work. Unfortunately, the marriage didn’t work out, but Kevin and Charlene remained friends.

Kevin always looked forward to returning home until COVID spread through the Northwest. A year later, when the border finally opened in February, we were able to be with him for the last time.

Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents,Eleanor Dauernaur, Clarence Hasse, and Edith and Clyde Noble; siblings Carrie, 1960-1963, and Robert (Bob) Noble, 1964-2006; brother-in-law Zane Troester; and aunt Judy Meredith of Depot Bay, Ore.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Ron and Bev Noble in Hayden, Idaho; his sister, Kelly Troester, and his nieces, Tabitha and JoAnna; his uncle, Nels Noble, of Winston, Ore.; and Ken and Nancy Hasse of El Dorado Hills, Calif.

We want to extend our appreciation to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for their prompt and caring communication to us; the coroner, Bilal Waheed, for helping us understand what happened; and to the Hanson’s Funeral Home who made it possible to bring Kevin home.
