NIC: What are the three trustees up to?

How do these members of the NIC school board have the right to make all their poor and ruinous decisions for North Idaho College without the rest of the board members agreeing? What “special” plans do they have for the college once they destroy it? Why can’t we, the citizens of this fine community, request a special election to vote them out before it is too late?

The voters of Coeur d’Alene elected them “in good faith” — believing that the school board (all of them) would run our college (NIC) smoothly for the good of the educational facility!

Since their election, the “3 Stooges” have made their own decisions without the vote of the remaining board members. From what I have read about their tactics, no one dares disagree with them. Here are a few of the results of their idiotic actions:

1) Firing President Rick MacLennan for no reason

2) Incurring lawsuits to be filed against the college

3) Causing so much friction for all the members of the board — three good members felt the need to step down due to all the distention among them

4) Paying two presidents at the same time and costing the college yet more money

5) Hiring an attorney of their choice and paying him an exorbitant salary

6) Causing North Idaho College to be in jeopardy of losing their accreditation

Concerned about the further education of our young students.
