Post Falls City Council members will meet at 6 p.m. today at Post Falls City Hall.

On the agenda are construction improvement agreements for three "Retail Villages." Retail Village I, II and III are the results of three separate minor subdivisions for three larger undeveloped parcels on the northeast corner of Poleline Avenue and Highway 41.

"The construction improvement agreements lay out the agreement between the developer(s) and the city as to what infrastructure is to be constructed related to the subdivision and subsequent private development of the site," Community Development Director Bob Seale said Friday.

He said the water, wastewater, road and other public improvements are addressed in the construction improvement agreements and associated plans.

Construction of the infrastructure is expected to begin soon, Seale said.

"In addition to the construction improvement agreements, we also have a pending site plan application for Grocery Outlet on one or more of the proposed parcels," Seale said.

Also on the agenda are the reappointment of Colin Coles and Christi Fleischman to the Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency; action regarding the Adams Annexation property south of 16th Avenue and east of Idaho Street; and new business regarding an award for the Water Reclamation Facility harmonic filter replacement at the recommendation of Post Falls Public Works projects manager Jaxon Fleshman.

Post Falls City Hall is at 408 N. Spokane St.
