OPEN LETTER: To the president of the United States

Mr. President: The Mexican Government is totally corrupt; from the president and his administration; to the legislature; to all law enforcement agencies and the army.

The calamity on our border can be corrected by an Executive Order.

“Operation Just Cause #2” should be implemented in a surprise landing on the Gulf Coast with an overwhelming force. In one day our troops will be in Mexico City with a Declaration that Mexico has become a “Protectorate” of the United States, as justified in an extended core principle of the Monroe Doctrine.

The southern and northern borders will be sealed; the drug cartels eliminated and an era for the “Reconstruction” of Mexico will begin.
