KUDOS: To Omar and DMV

I recently had the opportunity to go to the DMV in Coeur d’Alene to title and license a newly acquired vehicle. I have read and heard many complaints over the years about long wait times and less than stellar service, however I experienced the total opposite. 

I checked in online under the walk in section and got a quick response showing my position in line before I headed to their office. By the time I arrived I was next in line with a wait time of three minutes. Shortly thereafter, the display on the wall alerted me to go to Window 7, where I was greeted by a gentleman named Omar. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He asked me questions and made suggestions and guided me through the process. 

My compliments go to him and the department and their management. Thank you for one more reason we love living in North Idaho.
