VETERANS PRESS: VA aims to increase awareness of women’s health service
During January, VA’s Office of Women’s Health aims to increase awareness of women’s health services at VA, especially lesser-known services that may surprise women veterans.
This includes access to a full spectrum of gender-specific health, including primary and preventative care, reproductive health, fertility services, maternity care, sexual health, mental health and much more.
At Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, meet several new providers among the Women Veterans Health program, including Davitia Robbins, RN, Dr. Dawn Kopp, Dr. Kelsey Petrie and Emily Derrick, RN.
More can be learned through the VA’s Center for Women Veterans (CWV) at www.va.gov/womenvet. For local information and help, see the “North Idaho Resource Directory."
