TAX STATEMENT: Charged a late fee

Having not received my tax statement by the 14th I went down to the treasurer’s office and paid my taxes. By the next day, I received my statement and the totals were different. Like Kathie Feek, I was charged a late fee, but mine was $5.58 not .50 cents. Glad I paid in person, may not of even noticed the late fee.
