ADVERTISEMENT - REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS The Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select one qualified consulting firm (i.e., Consultant) to provide comprehensive consulting, engineering, surveying, and construction oversight services to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG). This contract will be for services to generate final detailed designs and specifications, project management, surveying, and construction oversight for the replacement of two highway culverts with bridges in central Idaho (one in Lemhi County and one in Custer County). This project will take existing project development materials from the 15% design stage to the final design stage and will provide construction oversight and support during project implementation. The project will be divided into two distinct phases. Phase 1 will involve development of final design, construction phasing plan, and construction cost estimates. Phase 2 will involve construction and construction oversight.  Proposal packets can be obtained from the Engineering Bureau of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game at 600 S.
