TESH: Board should resign
Let me introduce you to the CEO of Tesh. She has a plaque hanging over her desk that says “Welcome to the S--t Show. That’s how she referred to Tesh.
We all understood that it’s a job of the CEO to make a lot of appearances in the community. That wasn’t our complaint. It was all the appearances at her daughter’s soccer games in England, Ohio, Arizona, Utah, Seattle and more. I don’t think there were a lot of donors at the games. She missed the two events Tesh has for clients and staff, a barbecue and a Christmas party. When one of the longtime and much loved employees passed away, she didn’t make an appearance at the memorial service.
After two years, she still didn’t know the employees by name. We didn’t quit because of wages or her attempt to increase productivity. We quit because working there became intolerable, especially after the vice president could no longer take being screamed at.
To the people of this community. You have the power to save Tesh. There’s no other place like it. The board needs to resign and take the CEO with them. They are sacrificing 100 for one.
