Christopher Tacheny, 58

Christopher Tacheny, age 58, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away July 12, 2023.

Chris was a U.S. Army Veteran and loved the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and golfer and got his first hole-in-one in July of 2021. He loved snowboarding and playing his electric guitar.

Survived by his parents, Dave and Karen Tacheny of Tucson, Ariz.; his son, Matthew, and daughter-in-law Kylie; his grandchildren, Cohen and Maren; sisters Lisa Hubbard, Kelly Smith and Gina (Jeff) Cope; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life with his close friends and family in late October.

Chris will be dearly missed.
