Silver Angels for the Elderly is very grateful for the community support at the “Rockin’ for the Oldies” fundraiser.
Our generous sponsors and donors enable us to continue our ministry of bringing joy, hope and fellowship to isolated seniors. Over the past five years, residents at LaCrosse and Ivy Court rehabilitation centers have received 500 personalized birthday gifts so they know they are cherished and not forgotten. ST. JUDE: A thank you to our community
The fundraising team at Empire Airlines is reaching out to give our community and fellow employees a huge, heartfelt “Thank you!” for making our St. Jude fundraiser event a resounding success. Empire Airlines matched every penny, and St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital will be receiving $21,663.50.
We were truly touched to see the outpouring of love for this charity; people drove from near and far, some just to put hard-earned money straight in our donation jar. Many customers rounded up on their purchases so St. Jude’s would get their change as well. Thank you to everyone who gave their time, money and items for donations for making our fundraiser a triumph beyond what we thought was possible.
