MY TURN: What about 'Lord Biden'?

I thought Carolyn Mattoon's "My Turn" was a long and hateful 500 words, but Ethel Steinmetz Marmont's "guest opinion" July 27 is hateful rhetoric once again, the subject, "Republicans." Both guest opinions were obviously Democrat women. It's hard to believe they don't know what the current Democrat Party is doing to America. 500, 750 words of almost total rambling, and not a word about lord Biden. He does no wrong. Have they looked at the damage the Democrat Progressive, Socialist Party has done to us in only two and a half years?

1) Several 100,000s of illegal immigrants.

2) Tax breaking citizen dollars supporting them.

3) High inflation — gas, food, clothing, home prices, rent, cars — if you buy anything, is more money.

Trump — first to last quarter 1.8%? My memory is not as good, but I do recall somewhere that 1.8% was economists estimate, the economy could grow at for some time before inflation. Federal Reserve: 2017 at 2.6%, 2018 at 3.0%, 2019 at 2.3%, 2020 at 3.0%. These figures seem to always change, so these were the last I saw.

A short list of lord Biden's good points:

1) Totally ignores his granddaughter, from his trustworthy son. No Christmas stocking.

2) Can you count his lies to all of us from 2020 through July 2023. How many times have you heard "I know nothing about my son's business" — how many times?

3) Bad language — calling a Fox reporter a (S.O.B.) on live TV for the world to see.

4) Biden's legal charges that are supported by many documents, emails, phone calls, security documents found in many locations, and how many documents that indicate receiving millions of dollars for dad and son from countries not considered to be our friends.

5) Back to No. 4 — how many documents were taken home — from the senate, vice president — which he had no right to do. Compare the negatives said about Trump to lord Biden's. Trumps problems look like a 8-year-old shoplifting a .50 cent toy car from an old 5-10 cent store.

It is so hard to believe all the hateful words about Trump day after day in the Coeur d'Alene Press. "Trump and Republicans" — does no one in our area ever hear, see or listen?

The honest believers in truth and democracy (freedom) will never give up to Communism — it never works, look around you.

How this country has changed in the last few decades, thank God we live here and not California.
