Ridge Creek Fire: Make plan for large animals

Northern Lakes Fire officials are encouraging residents near the Ridge Creek Fire to be prepared to evacuate their large animals if need be.

“Contact people you know that may be able to shelter them away from the fire.

Check the internet for places that are able to help out. One such resource is North Idaho Emergency Livestock Evacuation on Facebook. Be prepared and stay safe.”

The North Idaho Emergency Livestock Evacuation Facebook page includes posts with contact information for volunteers willing to help.
