Three openings coming up on Cd'A Planning Commission
The city of Coeur d’Alene has three, six-year seats to be filled on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Applicants should have an interest in the future growth and development of Coeur d’Alene, community visioning, livability, planning and zoning issues, and the public process.
"The Planning and Zoning Commission seeks to promote orderly growth, preserve the quality of Coeur d’Alene, protect the environment, promote economic prosperity, protect property rights, and foster the safety of its residents," a press release said.
The terms of Tom Messina, chair, Lynn Fleming and Brinnon Mandel, are up May 1.
City Code provides for them to continue serving as commissioners until the positions are filled through reappointment or a successor is appointed.
