Day Shift
Deputies responded to a report of a male “flailing” around in the grass on the edge of the road. The male was contacted and determined to be highly intoxicated. He also had an injury to his head where he had fallen. The injury was taken care of by medical and the male was placed on an Alcohol PC Hold and transported to the Jail. Once he sobers up he will be released.
Deputies handled a hit-and-run accident in the area of Hauser Lake. No suspect information was available.
Deputies handled a property damage accident at Hayden and Atlas.
Deputies responded to a report of a psychological call at U.S. 95 x Lancaster. It was reported a juvenile female was just picked up from KBH and was threatening to jump from the car and battered her mother. The juvenile was contacted and eventually arrested for battery.
Evening Shift
Deputies responded to a family dispute in the Rathdrum area. It was reported that there was a heated argument and at one point the female party tried to kick the male. The female had left the scene prior to LE arrival. A report was completed.
At the same location, the male half of the argument had an active warrant. He was arrested for the warrant.
Deputies responded to Hayden Super 1 Foods for a disorderly male. The male was contacted and believed people were following him. The male was taken to the crisis center.
Night Shift
Deputies checked out a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Exxon Gas on Sherman Ave. During the contact, the odor of marijuana was noticed coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded meth and mail, which both parties stated they had just stolen. Both parties were arrested for grand theft and drug possession.
Deputies responded to a missing person call in the Bunco Area. Phone pings were conducted and, eventually, contact was made with the missing parties. They advised they were fine and were just stuck in the snow and would work on getting themselves out and did not need any help.
