Day Shift

Deputies served a warrant at a residence in Hayden. During the arrest of the wanted person, drugs, paraphernalia, scales and other items were located. The male was also charged with possession with intent to deliver.

Deputies responded to the Hayden Library for a report of a disorderly subject. On scene, it was learned a group of people were standing in front of the library protesting some of the policies of the library. It was determined they were exercising their First Amendment rights and deputies cleared the scene.

Evening and Night Shift

A male was arrested for a warrant for first-degree murder after he turned himself in. A press release was sent out.

Deputies handled a physical domestic at a residence in Cougar Gulch. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle that was located by responding deputies. After the investigation was concluded the female suspect was charged with domestic battery.

Deputies responded to a battery that occurred over the ownership of a horse. During the argument, one party pulled out a taser and fired it into the air, however, the victim ended up being affected by the discharge of the taser. The suspect was charged with battery.

Deputies responded to a verbal domestic at Noodle Express. Deputies arrived on scene and after the investigation left with no charges being filed. No crimes were committed.

A deputy was doing some patrols in Hayden and come upon an injury accident at Government Way and Honeysuckle Ave. The crash was investigated, and the injured parties were treated by medical.

Deputies handled a hit-and-run accident in the Hayden Walmart parking lot. The suspect is unknown at this time.

Day Shift

A deputy arrested a wanted female at her residence for an active warrant.

Deputies responded to a residence for a disturbance with one of their residents. The juvenile male had a mental episode and became violent and broke some furniture. The male then fled the residence. A report was completed the male was later located and returned back to the residence.

Deputies responded to a report of some street racing near Higgens Point however no vehicles were located when deputies arrived in the area.

Deputies responded to a vehicle theft call at the Hayden Super 1 Foods. During the investigation, it was determined the R/P was having a mental health episode and no theft had ever occurred. A report was completed to document the incident.

Deputies responded to an injury accident at Boekel Road and Ramsey Road involving a Fire Department SUV and a passenger car. A witness reported the passenger car ran the stop sign as the emergency vehicle was approaching the intersection with lights and sirens on responding to a call. The occupants of the passenger car were transported to KH with minor injuries.

Evening and Night Shift

Deputies responded to a possible domestic dispute. The argument was over the kids having a smartphone. No crime occurred.

Deputies responded to a welfare check of an elderly male walking around the area of Government Way and Lancaster. The male was later transported to the crisis center.

Deputies responded to the Stateline Speedway for a report of a possible DUI. Deputies arrived on scene and determined the driver was not under the influence.

Deputies handled a shoplifting call at Athol Super 1 Foods. The suspect was contacted and issued a citation for the theft.
