TRUMP and CLINTON PRESIDENCIES: Americans were better off financially
Our bragging that we are the greatest nation on Earth has diminished this image by the indictment of President Donald Trump for his liaison with a professional prostitute many years ago and then paying her to not make it public to save his bid for president — all as alleged and totally with political intent.
If Trump had sweetly retired and was not running for office again, all but the Trump haters gloating over his arrest would finally let him be.
His indictment mirrors the spectacle and example of dirty politics when Bill Clinton, when president, was accused of lying under oath to have had sexual intercourse (oral) with a starry-eyed naive employee, Monica Lewinsky. He wasn’t indicted and went on to be president.
The bottom line: During years of leadership under sleazy Bill Clinton and the egotistical social misfit, Donald Trump, all Americans young and old, and in-between, black or white or any color, lived a pretty good life, financially.
Under the socialist presidency of Joe Biden, Americans are in shock over inflation, the high cost of groceries and rent, gas and electricity, and many seniors unable to keep their homes and going into trailers because of doubling and crippling taxes.
That didn’t happen under Trump’s presidency — and now the dirty politics in the indictment — embarrassing all.
In November 2024, the voters will be the jury.
