WHO: U.S. freedoms at risk?

Apparently in May ’23, President Biden is subjecting our health care system to the World Health Care Organization (WHO) under the United Nations. We become the same as the other 160+ other nations agreeing to WHO health mandates involving being controlled and monitored for compliance with economic punishment for noncompliance. Are we looking at good-bye to USA choice and freedoms? If this were a treaty, the U.S. Senate would have to give approval; but it is a decision being made outside the Senate that eliminates the Senate vote as well as citizen decisions.
