VETERANS: Support the Major Richard Star Act

I am writing to express support for the Major Richard Star Act. This act corrects an injustice regarding combat-disabled veterans, which keeps them from receiving full military benefits. It already has a large base of bipartisan support, which is terrific. The Richard Star Act is supported by VFW, Military Officers Association and American Legion to name a few. HR 1282 in the House has 276 House co-sponsors, and SB 344 has 62 co-sponsors. I ask you to call, email or write Rep. Fulcher, Sens. Crapo and Risch, and tell them how important it is for the Richard Star Act to move forward as an agenda item in the House and Senate.
