Big spring hiring event Wednesday in Post Falls

The Idaho Department of Labor will host its biggest hiring event of the year from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Real Life Ministries, 1866 N. Cecil Road, Post Falls.

More than 60 employers from North Idaho and Spokane will be on site, recruiting for positions in multiple industries. Some include HireQuest Direct, Aerotek, the U.S. Postal Service, Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest, ATC Manufacturing, Sunshine Mining, Lake Pend Oreille School District and Life Care of America.

Job openings include restoration technicians, material handlers, registered nurses, heavy equipment operators, medical assistants, carpenters, job coaches, janitors, warehouse order selectors and many more. Visit labor.idaho.gov/dnn/calendar for a complete list.

The event is free to attend. Applicants are encouraged to bring resumes, dress to meet potential employers and be prepared to speak directly with company recruiters and human resources personnel.
