Day Shift
• Deputies responded to an unwanted person. It was learned a male was at the residence to get a motorcycle that he paid for a week prior. The homeowner did not want the male there and called the police. The buyer did not want to pursue charges and gave the homeowner a couple of days to get the bike or money.
• Deputies responded to a non-injury rear-end accident at Government and Aqua.
• Deputies responded to a non-injury accident at Prairie Avenue and Atlas Road.
Evening Shift
• Deputies were doing some routine patrols in the Post Falls area and came upon a possible injury accident that occurred on Highway 53. ISP was called to investigate the accident.
• Deputies made a traffic stop in the area of Chase Road and Bodine. The driver showed signs of intoxication. The driver was eventually charged with DUI.
• Deputies responded to a non-injury accident at Prairie Avenue and Meyer Road.
Night Shift
• A deputy made a traffic stop at Prairie Avenue and Meyer Road. The driver showed signs of impairment and was eventually charged for DUI.
• Deputies responded to Showgirls for a battery. Security reported that a male refused to leave due to his unruly behavior and at one point spit on the security officer. The suspect was detained and when LE arrived, he was identified. The security officer did not want to press charges, but the male was trespassed from the establishment.
