Moose in Hawk's Nest; Elk off Rimrock

Stephanie Erickson photographed a moose wandering through the Hawks Nest subdivision about 6 a.m. Saturday morning.

A herd of elk were photographed Thursday afternoon by Dan Green. The animals were seen just off Rimrock Road, between Lancaster and Dodd roads, just north of Hayden Lake.
