Day Shift

• Multiple units responded to an assault with a knife at a residence in the area of Rimrock and Lancaster. Deputies arrived in the area and located the female juvenile walking down the road with the knife still in her hand. The juvenile listened to commands from the deputies and dropped the knife. She was arrested for aggravated assault.

• Deputies responded to a report of stolen vehicle in the Stateline area. The vehicle was located in the Love's parking lot occupied. The vehicle was stopped, and the occupants identified. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and they confirmed the occupants could use the vehicle. The two occupants, however, had protection orders out against each other but chose to violate the orders. They were both arrested for the protection order violations.

Night Shift

• Deputies responded to Hayden Super 1 Foods for a shoplifter. The male was contacted and issued a citation for the offense.

• A deputy was doing some patrols in the Stateline area and observed a male who had an active warrant. He was arrested for this warrant.

• Deputies responded to an unconscious male. Lifesaving efforts were not successful. The male had several medical problems and there was nothing suspicious at the scene.

Day Shift

• Deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Units arrived on scene and learned the parties involved were highly intoxicated. Both parties denied any physical contact. The parties were separated for the day.

• A deputy arrested a male for his active warrant. He was found at a storage unit, which he was living out of, which was against company policy.

• A deputy arrested a juvenile for his active warrant.

• Several deputies responded to a family dispute in the Hauser area. Units arrived on scene and contacted one of the parties, who advised he was threatened with a shotgun during an argument with his brother. The suspect was contacted and denied having a shotgun. After a request for a warrant to search for the weapon was requested, the suspect provided deputies with the shotgun. The suspect was arrested for aggravated assault.

• A deputy handled a non-injury accident for ISP at MP 26 on I-90.

• Deputies responded to a road rage incident where both parties called in and both parties claimed a gun was brandished. It was determined no firearms were brandished and no crimes were committed.

Night Shift

• A deputy contacted a suspicious person in the parking lot of the Hayden Walmart. The male was contacted walking into the store and was obviously under the influence of drugs. He was arrested and drug paraphernalia was also located.

• A deputy made a traffic stop and arrested the driver for an outstanding warrant.
