Day Shift
Deputies responded to Wyoming and Meyer for a welfare check. It was reported an elderly male was hitch hiking in the area. Deputies made contact with the male who advised he was going to Rathdrum, however, he was heading in the wrong direction. The male was identified, and it was learned he had walked away from an assisted living residence. He was reunited with the residence and no further action was needed at this time.
Deputies handled a two vehicle non-injury accident at Hayden and Huetter.
Deputies responded to a fight in progress in the Hayden area.
Deputies arrived on scene, and after the investigation, the victim did not want to press any charges. A report was completed to document the incident.
