CITY OF ATHOL ATHOL, IDAHO MENSER AVENUE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the Menser Avenue Sidewalk Construction will be received by the City of Athol at the Athol City Hall at 30355 N 3rd Street, Athol, Idaho 83801, until 11:00 AM local time on October 4, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,300 LF of concrete sidewalk along Menser Avenue from 3rd Street to the western most driveway entrance to Athol Elementary School. Work also includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, removal and relocation of signage as required, pavement striping, and other miscellaneous items to complete the work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Award of the construction contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder.
