Ground Force to aquire TowHaul Corporation

Ground Force Worldwide, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire all the assets and operations of TowHaul Corporation. Located in Belgrade, Mont., TowHaul has been designing and manufacturing heavy-duty, off-road specialty metal extraction support equipment, including its signature front- and rear-loading lowboy trailers, for over 40 years.

With customers in more than 70 countries, Ground Force is a designer and manufacturer of specialty material handling vehicles that support the extraction of metals, with its current product portfolio including fuel and lube trucks, water trucks, dump bodies and rock spreaders.

We expect TowHaul and Ground Force to strongly complement each other in the marketplace, and jointly execute on a number of synergistic growth opportunities.” said Luke Stavros, President, Ground Force and TowHaul.

TowHaul will be marketed and distributed under the Ground Force portfolio going forward.
