ELECTION: Vote for Broschet, Corkill and Zimmerman

| October 26, 2022 1:00 AM

Regarding the article titled: NIC experts weigh in — what a valuable service to our community this panel discussion was. It’s always helpful when experts dispel the lies floating around with factual, concrete information as this event accomplished. Thank you DART members.

The Friends of NIC, The Chirping Cardinal and the NiC Truth (lower case ‘i’) are other groups, on Facebook, comprising people from different walks of life who have come together committed to NIC student success and invested in the successful economic development of our region.

The focus of these groups is in helping NIC overcome and grow beyond the damage done by Todd Banducci and Greg McKenzie, individuals along with KCRCC members and their endorsed candidates who continue to lie to you. All of them, want to further the costly destructive course they’ve put NIC on.

Such a grave disservice to our region’s present and future students and their families needs an aggressive region-wide campaign for rejection. You can be a part of the team that saves NIC from ruin.

Unlike their opponents, Pete Broschet, Brad Corkill and Tarie Zimmerman are the right trustee candidates to vote onto the NIC board. They are dedicated to the well-being of our community, they have a long history with Kootenai County both personally and professionally; their opponents have never worked or owned a business in our region. One even wants to limit which boat owners are allowed to use our waterways strictly for his personal comfort.

Ignore the lies coming from the KCRCC about these three upstanding, trustworthy conservative candidates. Broschet, Corkill and Zimmerman are the real deal. We need all three to save NIC.
