Cd'A CHAMBER: Empowering strong female leaders

The CDA Regional Chamber creates opportunities to equip and empower our local community members. From leadership development to networking engagements — our goal is to ensure that a bright future awaits anyone and everyone — regardless of perceived obstacles. This year’s guest speaker at our Annual Women’s Luncheon embodies these sentiments. Nationally acclaimed author and speaker Amberley Snyder is coming to Coeur d’Alene this fall.

From a young age, Amberley dreamt big and accomplished early success. Poised to achieve her greatest ambitions, the worst happened. In 2010, Amberley’s hopes literally crashed after a terrible car accident threatened the loss of every cherished dream. But despite insurmountable odds, Amberley overcame impossible challenges, and her powerful story has since been featured on The Today Show, in a Netflix biopic, in People Magazine, and she has even made a guest appearance as herself on the fan-favorite, hit television series, Yellowstone.

We will also hear from local success story, Elaine Damschen. Elaine is the co-founder and VP of Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, which has served our community for over 20 years. Damschen has received various Woman and Entrepreneur of the Year awards from International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), the Spokesman Review, Spokane Cda Magazine, and the Idaho Business Review. Her story is sure to motivate and inspire young women leaders in our community.
