NIC ROUNDUP: Cardinal volleyball sweeps rival Spokane

COEUR d'ALENE — Sophomore Taylin Rowley had 11 kills and 11 digs for North Idaho College in a 27-25, 25-16, 25-17 sweep of the visiting Community Colleges of Spokane in a Northwest Athletic Conference match at Christianson Gymnasium on Wednesday.
Rylee Hartwig, a freshman from Post Falls High had 10 kills and five digs for NIC. Freshman Rachael Stacey had 10 kills and 14 digs, freshman Alyvia Wright 41 assists for NIC (20-4, 11-1 NWAC), which hosts Big Bend next Wednesday.
Spokane is 8-15, 4-7.

YAKIMA, Wash. — The Cardinals maintained third place in the East Region with a Northwest Athletic Conference win over the Yaks.
